I love the colors in this and I like that you considered the piece enough to add the varying shadows on the characters and on the grass to truly reflect that they're outdoors with the sun shining through a forest.

Although, it does feel as if there is a little too much pattern happening on their faces. Seeing the open sky in the background makes me think the sun shining from where I can see the castle would be more prominent than the bits of sunlight shining through the trees further in the forest. Plus, I would like to see the characters faces a little more. Right now I feel my focus being drawn to the shadow patterns more than their faces.

I do love that you left a tree barren in the background too, that makes the piece have that tinge more of realism. I think you did a wonderful job with this and your texture use is amazing.
